Procedura recenzowania artykułów naukowych w Studiach Teologiczno-Filozoficznych Diecezji Rzeszowskiej „Resovia Sacra”

 

 

• Procedura recenzowania artykułów jest zgodna z zaleceniami Zespołu do Spraw Etyki w Nauce w Ministerstwie Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego, przedstawionymi w opracowaniu „Dobre praktyki w procedurach recenzyjnych w nauce”, Warszawa 2011 oraz zasadami recenzowania zawartymi w Komunikacie Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 29 maja 2013 r.
• Nadesłanie artykułu do publikacji jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem przez jego autora zgody na poddanie go procedurze recenzowania przyjętej przed Redakcję „Resovia Sacra”
• Nadesłane publikacje są poddane ocenie w pierwszej kolejności przez Redakcję
• Artykuły następnie są recenzowane przez dwóch niezależnych i rzetelnych recenzentów, posiadających co najmniej stopień doktora
• Recenzje sporządzane są nieodpłatnie, poufnie i anonimowo (double blind peer review process)
• Autorzy artykułu nie znają tożsamości dwóch recenzentów, do których wysłano nadesłany artykuł, i na odwrót, recenzenci nie znają nazwisk autora (autorów) artykułu
• Pracy nadawany jest numer redakcyjny, identyfikujący ją na dalszych etapach procesu wydawniczego
• Recenzenci nie mogą wykorzystywać wiedzy na temat pracy przed jej publikacją
• Recenzent przekazuje sporządzoną recenzję w postaci elektronicznej na adres mailowy Redakcji podany na formularzu recenzji oraz w formie papierowej z własnoręcznym podpisem

• Redaktorzy dostarczają autorom treści recenzji w części uzasadniającej decyzję recenzenta o opublikowaniu lub niepublikowaniu

•  

  Cały materiał związany z procedurą recenzowania jest przechowywany w redakcji czasopisma przez okres pięciu lat

• Ostateczną decyzję odnośnie do druku podejmuje Redaktor Naczelny na podstawie analizy uwag zawartych w recenzji i ostatecznej wersji artykułu dostarczonej przez Autora
• Raz w roku Redakcja Studiów „Resovia Sacra” zamieszcza na stronie internetowej uaktualnioną pełną listę Recenzentów, z którymi współpracuje

  The procedure of reviewing scientific articles in the Theological and Philosophical Studies of the Diocese of Rzeszów “Resovia Sacra”

 

• The procedure for reviewing articles is in line with the recommendations of the Ethics in Science Team at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, presented in the study “Good practices in reviewing procedures in science”, Warsaw 2011 and review of principles contained in the Communication of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 29 May 2013

 • Submission of an article for publication is tantamount to the author's consent to subjecting him to the reviewing procedure adopted before the Editorial Board of “Resovia Sacra”

 • The submitted publications are evaluated first by the Editorial Board

 • The articles are then reviewed by two independent and reliable reviewers with at least a PhD degree

 • Reviews are prepared free of charge, confidential and anonymously (double blind peer review process)

 • Manuscript author(s) do not know the identity of the two reviewers to whom the submitted article is sent, and vice versa, the reviewers do not know the names of the author(s) of the article

 • The work is assigned an editorial number, identifying it at further stages of the publishing process

 • Reviewers cannot use knowledge about the work before it is published

 • Reviewer submits the review in electronic form to the editors' e-mail address provided on the review form and in paper form with a handwritten signature

 • The editors provide the authors with the content of the review in its part justifying the reviewer’s decision to publish or not publish

 • The entire material related to the review procedure is stored in the journal's editorial office for a period of five years

 • The final decision regarding the printing is made by the Editor-in-Chief on the basis of the analysis of the remarks contained in the review and the final version of the article provided by the author

 • Once a year, the “Resovia Sacra” editorial team publishes an updated full list of reviewers with whom it cooperates

The review should be sent in electronic form to the editors' e-mail address.

 The paper printout with the handwritten signature of the reviewer should be sent by post to the editors' address with the note “Review”
